2. What CyberInsureReady is

CyberInsureReady is a self-assessment tool that helps Australian businesses evaluate their cyber insurance readiness. It is an educational tool — not a formal audit, insurance advice, or guarantee of coverage or premium.

3. Not a substitute for professional advice

CyberInsureReady provides general information and an AI-generated readiness report. It does not constitute professional insurance, legal, or compliance advice. For formal insurance advice, engage a licensed insurance broker or adviser.

4. Your responsibilities

Answer assessment questions honestly to receive meaningful results
Review and adapt the generated report before sharing with insurers or brokers
Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service

5. Payments and refunds

Cyber Insurance Readiness Report: $99 AUD one-time payment
7-day refund if you haven't generated your report yet
No refunds after report generation — the document is immediately available
Payments processed securely by Stripe

6. Intellectual property

The generated readiness report is yours to use in your business. CyberInsureReady retains rights to the assessment framework, scoring methodology, and platform.

7. Limitation of liability

CyberInsureReady is provided "as is". We are not liable for any insurance decisions, coverage gaps, premium changes, or losses arising from your use of or reliance on this tool. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
